My name is Judith Mullikin Fernandez, and I am excited to be part of the Chevelon Butte #5 School District as a board member!  As a retired educator of more than 45 years, I hope to bring my experience and expertise to serve the families of the Chevelon Butte #5 by making wise and informed decisions. My husband and I fulfilled our dream of moving to the Happy Jack area in 2023. We are the parents of four and have four grandchildren. I taught kindergarten and first grade for many years before retiring in 2023. I am proud to be a member of this wonderful community and to serve as a school board member.
